Information from partners: when you buy tickets through our third-party ticketing platform, we may receive order and attendee information such as your name, email, phone, and purchase details.
How we use your information
To provide and promote our events and services;
To send event announcements, presales, and marketing by email and/or SMS where you have opted in;
To respond to your applications, bookings, and inquiries;
To measure and improve our marketing and website; and
To comply with legal obligations.
Email & text messages
We only send marketing emails and texts to people who opt in, and consent to texts is never a condition of any purchase. Our SMS program (EDM Ohio alerts) sends recurring messages about shows, presales, and giveaways; message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. For texts, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We retain a record of your opt-in, including the date and the consent language you agreed to.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and tracking tools, which may include the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics, to understand site traffic and measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our ticketing platform, email/SMS provider, analytics providers, and advertising platforms, and as required by law. Ticket payments are handled by our ticketing platform and its payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.

We keep your information for as long as needed to run our business and as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time, by emailing us at ohio@edmpresents.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Some events are restricted to attendees 18+ or 21+ as stated on the event.

Bookings & inquiries
Submitting a booking, promotional, or service inquiry is a request only and does not create a binding agreement. Any engagement, pricing, or quote will be confirmed separately in writing.
